The HomeBody workout group is here to encourage you as you go through our at home style training program. This is where all your weekly workouts will be uploaded to. The workouts are uploaded to your calendar every Saturday night so you can see the scheduled workouts for that upcoming week. Any important tips and information will be dropped in the discussion board as we tackle the workouts in this program together!
HomeBody is a workout program that anyone can join! We are here to take the guess work out of your at home training and make your workouts creative and convenient, but simple for you! The HomeBody program takes an at home, minimalist approach to training with you in mind so you no longer have to spend time trying to think of a workout or going to the gym to get your workout in. This program will encourage you to train at home or with minimal equipment and explore a different approach to training that will be sure to keep you wanting more!
